Building Your Coaching Practice

Project: Coaching Practice Blueprint

Lesson 7: Project — Create Your Coaching Practice Blueprint

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this project, you should be able to:

  • Synthesise all Module 5 concepts into a coherent coaching practice plan
  • Articulate your niche, package, and marketing positioning in clear, client-facing language
  • Build actual CoachSheets artifacts (worksheets, programs) that demonstrate technical proficiency
  • Evaluate your own readiness to launch or grow your coaching practice

Overview

This project pulls together everything from Module 5 into a single deliverable: your Coaching Practice Blueprint. This is not an academic exercise. By the end of this project, you will have assets you can use immediately — a niche statement, a priced package, a built worksheet, a program structure, and a marketing positioning statement.

Complete all five parts below. Each part has specific deliverables with clear criteria.
