The person behind CoachSheets

Hi, I’m Hammad

I’m a developer building something for the work that happens between coaching sessions.

The reflections. The small commitments. The answers that help a coach understand where to go next. That’s where CoachSheets started.

A little about why I’m building it

A little context

Why CoachSheets?

I built CoachSheets because I noticed life coaches spending too much time wrestling with generic forms and chasing down homework. Sending an exercise should be simple. So should finding the response when it’s time for the next conversation.

As a developer, I wanted to bring those pieces together: a place to create a worksheet, share it with a client, and follow what happens next. Something that feels easy for the person sending it and the person filling it out.

My aim is simple: make it easier for coaches to spend their attention on the person, with less time spent managing the paperwork.

That means interactive worksheets clients can complete on their phones, reminders that help them follow through, and AI that helps coaches make sense of responses before a session. It also means giving coaches room to bring their own exercises and their own approach.

I’m still building and improving CoachSheets. If something feels awkward, something is missing, or you have an idea from your own practice, I’d like to hear it.

Thanks for taking a look.
