Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription renewals are strictly non-refundable. CoachSheets provides a Free Forever plan (with 1 active client and full feature access) so you can thoroughly test our interactive worksheets, automated delivery, and client experience with zero financial commitment before upgrading.

1. General Policy Overview

CoachSheets ("we", "us", or "our") sells recurring monthly and annual software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions and digital coaching tools. Except where explicitly required by applicable statutory consumer protection laws, all payments, subscription charges, upgrades, and renewals made to CoachSheets are final and non-refundable.

2. Try Before You Buy (Free Forever Tier)

We believe coaches should know exactly what they are paying for. To ensure our platform is the right fit for your practice, we provide a complete Free Tier that includes:

  • Full access to all 112+ interactive worksheet templates;
  • Zero-login magic link delivery for 1 active client without time limits;
  • Real-time progress tracking, digital playbooks, and automated recaps;
  • No credit card required to start.

Because you have full access to evaluate the software prior to subscribing, paid upgrades are considered deliberate and informed commitments.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing Periods

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time directly through your Billing Settings with zero cancellation fees or friction.

  • Cancellation Timing: Cancelling your subscription disables future automatic renewals immediately.
  • Remaining Period Access: You will retain complete access to your paid plan features until the end of your current active billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not issue prorated refunds or partial credits for unused days, unused client slots, or mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Plan Upgrades & Prorations

When you upgrade from one paid plan to another (e.g., from Starter to Pro), your billing cycle immediately adjusts and any prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle is billed at checkout. Prorated upgrade charges are non-refundable.

5. Billing Discrepancies & Duplicate Charges

If you believe an error occurred during checkout (such as an accidental duplicate charge resulting from a technical connection glitch), please contact us via our contact page within 14 days of the transaction with your receipt and account details. Verified technical duplicate charges will be corrected and refunded promptly via our payment processor, Paddle.

6. Statutory Rights & Digital Performance Waiver

If you reside in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing statutory cooling-off periods for consumer contracts: by subscribing to CoachSheets and accessing our digital platform and proprietary template library immediately upon payment, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of this contract and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to withdraw from the digital subscription once access has commenced, to the extent permitted by law.
