How do I send by email or WhatsApp?
Choose a delivery method backed by the client’s saved contact details.
Open in CoachSheetsSign in to the correct coaching workspace. You need permission to manage this area.
Step by step
Open Send Worksheet and select the client and exercise.
Choose Interactive and review the delivery method.
For WhatsApp, check the client has a valid WhatsApp number with country code.
Resolve any Review Methods prompt, then Confirm & Send Assignment.
Open Delivery Log to see the actual channel and outcome.
How you know it worked
The client receives a secure worksheet link through the recorded delivery channel.
What your client sees
Your client opens a private magic link, completes any required email verification, answers on their phone or computer, and submits. They do not need to install an app.
If something looks different
WhatsApp can fall back to email. Read the recorded reason rather than assuming the selected channel was used.
What do scheduled, sent, delivered, opened, and completed mean?
Delivery and completion answer different questions. A message can be sent without the client having read or answered it.
