What do scheduled, sent, delivered, opened, and completed mean?
Delivery and completion answer different questions. A message can be sent without the client having read or answered it.

Make the choice
Scheduled means the selected send time has not arrived.
Sent or provider accepted means the send was handed off; it is not proof the client received it.
Delivered is a provider delivery confirmation when available. Opened means the worksheet link was opened, not submitted.
Completed means the client submitted answers. Needs Review means your review is still waiting.
After reading the work, choose Mark as Reviewed.
How you know it worked
You can identify whether the next action is checking delivery, waiting for a response, or reviewing answers.

Read the original response, add context if needed, and explicitly mark your review complete.
