Open Send Worksheet and select the client and worksheet.
Choose the recurring schedule option.
Set the frequency and available end condition.
Check the first send time and confirm the schedule.
How you know it worked
Future sends follow the recurring schedule until its end condition.
If something looks different
For different exercises in sequence, use a program. Turning off reminders does not itself stop recurring sends.
